What this site provides

Options Whale publishes quantitative research about option pricing around earnings announcements. It is an information service. It is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and it does not provide personalised advice or execution.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, bulk-download, or resell the research without written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or authentication on any part of the site.
• Do not present the research as a guarantee, or as advice tailored to another person's situation.
• Do not misrepresent the source of the research or remove provider attribution.

Intellectual property

Site design, written analysis, and derived metrics belong to the operator of this site. Third-party market and calendar data remain the property of their providers and are displayed under the terms of the relevant data agreement.

Accuracy and availability

Research may contain errors, may be delayed, and may be incomplete. Data availability changes with provider coverage. The site may be unavailable during maintenance. Historical reconstructions use modeled fills and do not represent executed trades. See the research disclaimer for the full statement of limitations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and for verifying any information you act on.
